Gubbeen Farmhouse
The Ferguson family have worked Gubbeen Farm for many generations now.
It is a 250 acre coastal farm in West Cork one mile outside the fishing village of Schull, the Atlantic Ocean bordering one boundary and Mount Gabriel to the North as a back drop behind the land, sheltering the pasture that has always supported the Gubbeen herd.
Skeaghanore Duck
The Hickey family have created one of the most recognisable artisan food brands in Ireland.
Their breed of duck is Pekin duck, because of their location near Roaring Water bay, the salt air effects adds to the texture of the duck giving a salt marsh flavour. Skeaghanore duck is succulent, tender and has a high meat yield.
Clóna Milk
Since 1919, Clóna Fresh Milk has been part of daily life in Cork. It all began at the Hurley family farm in Clonakilty. From here, fresh milk was carried into the town dairy.
Charlie Hurley began providing the local community with pasteurised milk – this was the first-ever bottled pasteurised milk available in Munster. By the late 1980s, milk from Hurley’s farm had become known as Clóna Milk and the brand, Clóna Fresh Milk, was born.
Twomey's Wagyu

Grass fed West Cork Wagyu beef animals produce an intensely marbled meat, which has succulent flavour notes and an increased tenderness, delivering a melt in the mouth experience for the consumer.

Wagyu beef is fast becoming one of the most desirable meats in the world. Described as the Foie Gras of beef, Wagyu has become famous for it’s intense marbling. It is this marbling that produces a tender, juicy, naturally enhanced buttery flavour to the meat, which cannot be rivalled in tenderness or juiciness by any other beef.
The Fish Station
“The Fish Station” was formerly known as the Factory Fish Shop but when it moved to its new Location on marsh road Skibbereen in April 2011, a new identity was formed. As it is now located in the Old railway station in Skibbereen, it was aptly renamed “The Fish Station”.

West Cork Whiskey
They currently operate out of a 12.5 acre site on Marsh Road, with a distillation capacity of 4mln litres of pure alcohol.
With distributors across the globe, their award winning West Cork Irish Whiskey is now sold in almost 70 countries. Case sales have risen considerably every year for the past six years and their staff has grown to over 80 people, with the majority based locally in West Cork.​
Beara Gin
The Beara Distillery is a family-run distillery based in the Beara peninsula, Co. Cork, Ireland. The Power family set about this journey to build the Beara brand and a legacy for future generations here in Beara, producing Beara Ocean Gin, Beara Pink Ocean Gin and Beara Black Cask Blend Irish Whiskey.
